I was very happy with my new truck experiance the salesman was very nice and i could work with him and the general manager.

I was shown courtesy and the service was prompt and fulfilled my needs.

My location is far from the car dealership, so I thought it would be difficult to get my car. However, thanks to my salesman, Brayden, who was very efficient and helpful, he made it very easy. I called on Wednesday, and by Thursday, I was already approved to pick up my car. I can't thank Brayden and the entire team at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet of Philipsburg enough for their help with this transaction.

As long as all work was done that I asked for, I`m happy. Being elderly does not allow me to check that the oil and oil filer were changed. Been ripped of elsewhere in the past.

$165 for not being able to fix problems is ridiculous

My overall experience was pleasant. We were over an hour and a half away and we were able to iron out most of the details over the phone and through text. For that, I very much appreciate the convenience. The only reason for the 4 stars is simply because of my preference of not wanting to be given the usual sales tactics. The pressure of saying someone is also looking at the same vehicle and low balling on the trade value. I don't prefer those games and instantly turns me away. However, they made it right and we were able to reach an agreement. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle purchase.

Work was done on time, as ordered and pre approval was requested for parts found to be in need of replacement. Well done.

I worked with Brayden, and he did a great job with showing me the features of my new car. He helped me set up OnStar. It was the most in-depth sales experience I’ve had. He was also extremely friendly and responsive with my questions. I worked with Cam during the paperwork process, and he did a great job explaining the warranties and working with the numbers to make sure I had a deal I could afford. My backup camera was not working, and they had a new one ordered and an appointment scheduled and offered me a loaner to drive while it’s getting serviced. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Easy scheduling, fast service on the day of my appointment.

Had the catalytic converter box one replaced on my 2020 traverse due to a crack. Repair cost over $1700.00. My daughter drove it home, I get in to go to work the following day and the check engine light is on. I return to Blaise only to find out now catalytic converter#2 is throwing codes but they don’t know why: I can leave my car and they will check it out. I guess I should walk from Philipsburg to Bellefonte to work. Why wasn’t it test driven before returning it??????

We had to have my vehicle towed in because it broke down unexpectedly. They weren't able to get it looked at the next day (it was towed in ~midnight) but I told them I didn't expect it done that day. The next day service was open they were able to get it in and fix it. I was so appreciative because I didn't know how long I could go without a car but I realize I just sprung my car on them. They did great work!

Check engine light is back on. Problem not resolved.

Our experience started out not so good with our first salesman. Once Cam became our salesman everything was better. I do love the truck I purchased.

After we got the car,the end of June,we went to Md. to visit my son. When you got above 55mph ,the car had a vibration coming from the back. A few days later when we got back home we called GM to look at our car.They made the appt.for almost a month later! So, we didn't use the car anymore then we had to not knowing what was wrong with it! They replaced the back tire,even though the warranty was done,which was for a month. So ,a few days later,the air condition wasn't working ,and the temp. gauge stayed on cold,and this is during the very hot weather we were having. We got the car in the next day and they fixed it but they charged us $620.!!!!! So,we aren't very happy with GMC. We shouldn't of had to pay anything!!! It took a month the first time for us to get the car in to put the tire on,so the month warranty ran out. So of course we had to pay the next time in which they should n't have charged us. It is quite the racket they have going on!!!!! UNHAPPY customer!!!!

Had to keep eye on salesman trying to pad the bottom line with items not requested or ridiculous loan percentage rates (9 percent) and also salesman's card states if I have another person purchase a vehicle that would pay me $150. My daughter purchased a vehicle as did I . And when I asked about the $150. Reward . Salesman states he would have to check if I was eligible. Nothing more heard from him .Also the vehicle does not have a printed owners manual this is a joke for a $61,000 vehicle .I plan on purchasing another vehicle next year but it won't be Chevy /gm product. After owning Chevrolet for 52 years I am done.

Friendly, helpful staff. Brayden was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Dan was very friendly and worked through our loan paperwork quickly. We feel we got a fair deal on our trade. We will recommend Blaise Alexander in Philipsburg to our family and friends.

I was informed by tech that I needed a new park assist module at a cost of $200 for the part installation $90. When I got home I found the module for $14 from GM. Is my truck module different from others GM products produced between 2018 and 2022?

My appointment was at 1 pm I didn't get out of there til almost 230

We’ve had two back to back fantastic experiences with Blaise in Philipsburg. The guys are personable and not pushy at all. Both times they went above and beyond and really worked with us. Our kids brought a card game to play as they waited and Micah jumped right in and played with them. It’s a small town dealership with professionalism and a personal touch.

My vehicle was due for PA state inspection; my visit was a pleasant experience, however, I'm always disappointed in the service parking area. It seems to be too small for the amount of vehicles to be serviced and the lot is stones, mud puddles, and water holes.

I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years from different dealerships, and I haven't been impressed till now Brayden was by far the best salesman I've worked with, he is super knowledgeable and none of the pushy sales tactics. When I need another vehicle, I'll be reaching back out to him.

Everytime I have work done I only get half of what I pay for and they always say you can come back. But I don't have the time to sit and wait because they Cant dobtgere jobs right. And I aways have to end up cleaning up there mess

When you tell the customer it's under warranty then say we'll no it's not it will be 400 to fix why buy an extended warranty?? The service guy was very ruid to my wife we will not be back for service there they charge us to put it back together really!!

I believe we purchased this vehicle in August of 2025. We were pleased with the sales department great people and would recommend to anyone. Purchase was easy from beginning to the signing of the paperwork. My issue occurred during the 1st maintenance that was scheduled for the vehicle, basic oil change , tire rotation. I received a call from service dept. that the rear brakes were “ measuring in the 2-3mm range and were recommended they should be replaced. I have no issues having needed parts replaced or paying for a service provided. Our issue is and I understand we purchased the vehicle used, but i assumed it was run through the service dept. before being placed on the lot for sale. never did i expect to have to have a full rear brake replacement ( pads, rotors sensors everything) after approximately 4,000 miles of owning the vehicle. These miles were mostly highway miles and not day in and day out stop and go driving. My point is if the braking system all needed replaced after this short amount of time they had to be in poor condition when it was placed on the lot for sale. I did not argue price of repair in anyway, but I certainly felt taken advantage of. Thanks for listening to my ramble, but we were highly disappointed.
