Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly. They answered my questions and were very polite.

My vehicle was due for PA state inspection; my visit was a pleasant experience, however, I'm always disappointed in the service parking area. It seems to be too small for the amount of vehicles to be serviced and the lot is stones, mud puddles, and water holes.

I was informed by tech that I needed a new park assist module at a cost of $200 for the part installation $90. When I got home I found the module for $14 from GM. Is my truck module different from others GM products produced between 2018 and 2022?

What can I say such a nice group of individuals. Everything from sales and service to paying the cashier. I would not recommend you to any other car dealership.

I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years from different dealerships, and I haven't been impressed till now Brayden was by far the best salesman I've worked with, he is super knowledgeable and none of the pushy sales tactics. When I need another vehicle, I'll be reaching back out to him.

Even though I chose to wait for this appointment, service was fast. Great people, very pleasant, and nice facility.

I believe we purchased this vehicle in August of 2025. We were pleased with the sales department great people and would recommend to anyone. Purchase was easy from beginning to the signing of the paperwork. My issue occurred during the 1st maintenance that was scheduled for the vehicle, basic oil change , tire rotation. I received a call from service dept. that the rear brakes were “ measuring in the 2-3mm range and were recommended they should be replaced. I have no issues having needed parts replaced or paying for a service provided. Our issue is and I understand we purchased the vehicle used, but i assumed it was run through the service dept. before being placed on the lot for sale. never did i expect to have to have a full rear brake replacement ( pads, rotors sensors everything) after approximately 4,000 miles of owning the vehicle. These miles were mostly highway miles and not day in and day out stop and go driving. My point is if the braking system all needed replaced after this short amount of time they had to be in poor condition when it was placed on the lot for sale. I did not argue price of repair in anyway, but I certainly felt taken advantage of. Thanks for listening to my ramble, but we were highly disappointed.

When you tell the customer it's under warranty then say we'll no it's not it will be 400 to fix why buy an extended warranty?? The service guy was very ruid to my wife we will not be back for service there they charge us to put it back together really!!

Caleb was a respectful man who accommodated my appointment. He kept me informed throughout my wait for my car. The grill screens for my Corvette were installed professionally.

Cam and Micah were incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. They provided an excellent experience by helping me end my Silverado 1500 lease early and transition into a new Silverado 2500 HD. My husband and I have been very please with te Blaise Alexander Dealership in Philipsburg, PA. The Service Department communicates with us when we have left our Buick and Chevy for inspection. problems or repairs. If a problem has been solved or discovered , we always get a phone call first if a part needs to be replaced. The caller tells us the price of the part, whether the part is in stock, the time it will take to install, the length of time it takes to install the part, etc.

For a standard oil change and tire rotation I waited over and hour and a half. Maybe that is standard but I thought a tad lengthy . Also I have my interior driver side and passenger side doors peeling like a bad sunburn. The response was... oh well that is a GM problem and we can polish it to try and make it better the previous owner probably spray painted it. My bill stated how much a new door panel would cost and declined repairing it.It is like we sold you a vehicle but we are not that concerned taking care of your issue. Left a bad taste in my mouth and will a drive to Blaze from Centre Hall to purchase another vehicle ( this is my second from your dealership) probably not. Not sure anyone will even read this but I feel better!

Very pleasant experience. Worked hard to get me the agreement I wanted. Took time and answered every question and made sure I understood all the answers provided. Extremely customer oriented. Trevor (salesman) was respectful and helpful. The car is beautiful but the service provided by Trevor and his boss made the decision to but easy for me!

Fantastic job

Needed a transmission valve body replaced under warranty. Part not available for two months. Decision to replace the complete transmission was not made until almost two weeks later. I was without my vehicle for almost a month. Dealership did not have a loaner vehicle available to use until a day before repairs were completed on my vehicle.

We’ve had two back to back fantastic experiences with Blaise in Philipsburg. The guys are personable and not pushy at all. Both times they went above and beyond and really worked with us. Our kids brought a card game to play as they waited and Micah jumped right in and played with them. It’s a small town dealership with professionalism and a personal touch.

Wonderful service department and staff!!

All individuals in there service department are always courteous and helpful.

We got a Chevy Silverado 1500 Turbomax at your Philipsburg dealership Wednesday. When we went in we told our sales person Brayden Watt we wanted a Silverado 1500 with a v-8. We went over the prices for it and it was a little out of our price range so they suggested the Turbomax. I feel like after going over prices for both trucks that we were talked into getting the Turbomax instead of the V8 instead of them trying to work with us for what we really wanted. I called the dealership yesterday and talked to Brayden and he said that it was too late to do anything about. We signed the papers and the deal was done. We asked to speak to the sales manager and he said he'd work with us to fix the situation. They only offered us $42000 on a trade. I messaged Brayden and told him we needed more for the trade, all we did was drive it home and put about 20 miles on it. He said he talked to the GM and $43500 was the most they could offer. He said that we bought it for $47000 and if anyone were to trade in a Chevy truck they could buy the same truck brand new for $44500. How can someone buy the same truck for $44500 when we paid $47000 for it? So we got ripped off by at least $2500 and talked into a truck we didn't want. We're really upset that they didn't try and get us to a payment where we could get the v8 and that we were talked into something we really didn't want in the first place. We understand they were just trying to get the sale, but are really upset we are now stuck with a truck we didn't really want.

After installing new transmission received call that battery tested with a bad cell replacement would cost $330. Service manager clamed battery was only warranted for 12 months which is incorrect. On gm web site it states it is covered for 3 years or 36000 miles. Called another dealer who stated the battery IS covered for 3/36 and scheduled me for a test the next business day. The other dealer Spitzer in dubois found the battery was good did not have a bad cell and did not need replacement. Also when i went to pick up the truck after the transmission was done i was given the keys to a truck with a dead battery, you didnt even charge it up . Battery charged right up and had been working fine for the past month. I think your repair shop left something on for the 2 weeks it sat waiting for the new transmission which caused the battery to discharge. I will never deal with your place again.

Blaise Alexander Philipsburg’s service department is excellent. They provided timely updates and loaner vehicles when absolutely necessary. The only issue was General Motors’ supply constraints and the availability of a valve body needed to repair my 2023 Silverado. After waiting 11 weeks for parts, I ultimately decided to trade the vehicle.

Everyone was nice and friendly, only one thing that I wasn't happy about was one year ago when I had My last inspection, I brought to the attention that the windshield wiper on the drivers side did not work right. I was told it was fixed, and it wasn't. The service man showed me that the wiper blade was defective from the manufacture. I had to buy a new blade, which should have been free.
